How do you get the colors to blend so easily? Is this all digital art? What is a WIP? Why is it I can see these things in my head, yet my hand refuses to obey? What do you use? Why is it I can only do stories?

An artist needing emotional help in practicing his art to make beauty known to all~

just use a blend tool, on SAI you can change densities. (probably on all other programs, but) It looks like it's been scanned from the first panel, and a W.I.P is a Work In Progress. As for your skill i'm guessing? Just practice.

Dude you're great. Could i ask , if I have not yet asked, how much time it took to do everything?
No matter what i try, but when i draw it took me ages and never seem to reach not even a tenth of your quality!

well , let me see .
those doodles at the left , I did in about 30 minutes .
the whole painting process took me about 12 hours .
of course I get back to it several times for minor adjustments .
so you can rise the total to about 15 hours .

Very cool - you decided to have her eyes closed instead of half open, how come?

Oh ... with the eyes closed , its like she is thinking on her husband , and how the gift he left to her ,
save her family .

I was a little emotional last night .

I like the progress made from start to finish; it gives a stronger feel for the final creation. Thank you for sharing this with us all.

You sketched everything in PS?!
Wow, that is just incredible, I have no idea how to do that.

One of my favorites, too; I'm always glad to see more non-erotic stuff from you.

My brother and I have memorized quotes from that movie...

"I've learned this much; take what you can when you can."

"Then you've learned...NOTHING!"

Very interesting way how you do your work

I've never really tried drawing many poses on paper and picking the ones I like, I usually go pose hunting on the net and use them for reference.

Sometimes I just improvise and make the pose on the spot.

I still don't know how to draw anamorphic characters yet, just another thing I need to learn :/

Jinkies. That's awesome sir I love seeing the initial 'thought's for geting apose down - you do all the sketches and roughs in PS as well? One day I'll have to show a WIP for one of my pics...and i assure you it'll look NOTHING like this hehehe.
