Hav you seen the recent OK KO Halloween episode, it brought all the Ghoul School gals, and it was really and fun, and most surprising they even brought back nearly all the same VAs that played the original ones.

I'd recommend giving her a more shapely figure, more sexy than cute if she is meant to be older like in the recent OK KO special.

I like the proportions you gave her. The legs/hips seem more shapely more than her upper half which remains quite slight, but looking at her original design, I think this is a good way to go. She has quite a long torso in the animation, which makes her legs look a little bit short in that. Your change to the legs fixes this, but at the same time keeping her quite slender around the chest/arms keeps her looking like herself - Ghostly but with a more appealing design.
Great to see you looking at these characters! It's maybe not a great film by any standard but I have fond memories of the characters and setting.
