I love the use of blue here! is really makes the fire chard things pop, and the use of hot blue bright blue for the shoop looks great over the contrasting dark blue background.

This is simply too impressive for words. Granted, I don't watch Nickelodeon anymore (not since they canned Rocko's Modern Life), but after seeing this...I'm tempted to check the Paramount website to see if they EVER released a Season 1 box set of My Life As A Teenage Robot since my interest in the exploits of Teenage Robot Model XJ9 has just peaked.

How'd you do the beam effect as well as the effect of the light radiating outward from the source?

I painted the beans , in an aleatory way .
them I brured it , and used the dodge tool to add the brisgh on the center .
the radiation is quite the same .
