I was bored so I decided to make Dawn Ocean, from my story The Adventures of Team Cedar City, an Eevee because Eevee is my favorite pokemon and Dawn is based off of me.
The sea green mane and tail tip is a symbol to show that she is a Daughter of Poseidon. The sea blue paws are to symbolize her powers over water. The sea blue on her forehead shows her mental connection to the Ocean and its creatures.
