Recently I came to the realization that the Spartan-2's from Halo have a lot in common with the Eva unit's from Evangelion. As I recall the Eva's were children born from the Mother entity known as Lilith that were harvested by the government and were re-purposed as weapons against an alien invasion that would bring about humanity's extinction. Similarly the Spartan-2's were children abducted from their parents by the government and were re-purposed as weapons against the alien Covenant. Each have been augmented into cyber-organic super weapons and were put into exo-suits that acted as a second layer of skin. Hears to hoping that 343 can knock Halo 6 out of the park. I wish them all the luck in the world. And speaking of Luck:
