This is a meme that I made just for fun. What if Cosmo and Wanda from the Fairly OddParents decided to raise Butters Stotch from South Park as if he was their child (apart from their own fairy son, Poof)? Considering how much Butters' parents put their son through the wringer, metaphorically speaking, they make Timmy Turner's parents look like parents of the century by comparison. If there's one kid that deserves fairy godparents like Timmy Turner, it would be Butters. I'd imagine Butters having Cosmo and Wanda as his parents would be a massive improvement over Butters' actual parents, Stephen and Linda Stotch.Meme by MagicalKeyPizzaDan
