Black Violet patrolling around the city when she hears someone screaming in an alleyway, as she entered the alley, she was ambushed by a group of gangster, she handed them pretty well when one of the gangster took out a weird purse with the world ARR on it, he throw it over her head and she starts getting cover over by the this latex bag intill she is fully covered, then with a press of the button the latex tighten on Black Violet and she fall over, With that the gangs celebrate there victory and thankfull that the item they brought from ARR actually work
So this here is actually based on a comic page by Adam Warren, who made the great comic book Empowered. The name of the item is called The Smartfiber Restraint Membrane, and the people they brought it from are called the Advanced Restraint Research, aka ARR!!!! lol 🤣 😆 😂
