Description Nothing important. I was watching Hard Candy, the movie with Ellen Page in it.

With that out of the water, Columbia Picture's cartoon character, "A. Fox". I'm serious, this character appeared in 24 cartoon shorts with a character named "S. Crow."

Also had a number of amazingly colored comics always called "Fox and Crow".

Fox is also referred to in some of his comic entries as "Fauntleroy Fox". It fits. because he's the most uptight, sissy and amazingly mal-adjusted creature in existence, in contrast with the Crow, who's incredibly rude, absent-minded, sneaky, conniving and crafty. He cheats the Fox out of food, money, and pride. The fox hardly ever wins, usually because the Crow has rare instances of learning from his recent mistakes and improving on them to dupe the Fox with greater ease.

Fox represents the adult world, the hurried, sometimes 2-cents short, well-learned, and fiscally responsible realm of thought we can commonly associate with. At the same time, Crow, based on all his crazy antics and his ability to dupe the Fox, is like that inner child we all have, the maybe-idealistic, unpredictable, selfish, greedy and fiscally irresponsible side we have.

When I think of Fauntleroy (as I like to think of him) The vision of him and Haley, deceitfully cheery and viciously nasty, began to mix in my head. While this does sound fucking retarded, think about this: Hard Candy is movie about a girl who turns the tables on a pitiful predator. She starts out sweet, as does he, but then, more of the volatile, vicious nature is revealed throughout the entirety of the movie.

The Fox also shows shades of having a volatiile, more uglier side. Don't believe me if you want, but go to Youtube and type in "Fox and Crow cartoon" and pick any one of them. ANY one. Despite it being something aimed at kids, think about what I explained above, and also watch those cartoons very closely.

That's why i drew this.
