I am honestly happy that they look like each other again, put Mileena in her Kahnum outfit and make it Blue I'd think she'd be able to fool people into thinking she is Kitana. The last time before this game that they looked like each other face wise was in Mortal Kombat 3.Β

hmm.. seems mileena has a thinner eye brow and longer eye.Β also seems like her nose is a bit sharper than kitana's.Β no clue if the cheeks would be different due to mileena's cheek bite there.Β though as the teeth go this is probably mileena's best incarnation aside from the legacy movie version
