I have to say I'm not a fan of photomanips because they usually look in-cohesive; so ones I praise are pretty exceptional. In a nutshell, if you had not thanked your sources and posted this in the PM category, I would have continued to think this was pen and ink, or ink and wash. Bravo getting the lighting to work across all the elements such they look like they are in the same place.
