That's good to know and that's why I started doing them for wallpapers.

The very best of the films in my humble opinion!
Love the colour scheme and the Star Destroyes!

Yeah, what an awesome sequel to an already awesome movie. I wanted the colour scheme to reflect the cold atmosphere of Empire and also Hoth. It took me days to find out what I could do with the left part seeing as the right side had Stardestroyers I wanted something from the movie to be included and so I added Cloud City. I did quite a few versions with a shuttle next to the at-ats, even a at-st but didn't work as well as this version. Thank you very much for adding this as a favourite, no doubt you will like my poster Episode IV-A New Hope, coming very soon.

Thank you very very very much, thought the colour was very Empire, cold and harsh looking a bit like Hoth. I am currently doing a rebel version of Empire Strikes Back poster with Luke, Han etc but I might scrap it and do A New Hope or Jedi, or even a Bounty Hunter poster with all of them, IG-88 is my favourite I think. Thanks for your great comments.

Some of the ships are rendered, I like making the posters/wallpapers true to the saga.

Thanks mate, I use photoshop cs3 for everything, cs4 is ok, pretty much the same.

Thank you for the great comments, experiment with all of the tools, one that has come in handy is the magic eraser and changing settings in the lasso to cloud images by cropping them.

Generally, Photoshop lens-flare tends to look kinda tacky. Not just my opinion either. Here's some other people's opinion on the subject: [link]
Not only are they better artists than I am, they explain it a lot better than I could too!
If you think you want some light behind Vader, maybe a moon or a planet placed somewhere would help?

Ok thanks, I think I'll leave it as it is for the time being but later might get rid of the lens flare blobs, the image is intended to be as a poster/wallpaper showcasing the villains of episode V with imperial craft. Thanks for the criticisms, they're always welcome.

Thanks, do you mean the lens blobs on top and bottom? I added them in near the begginning because I wanted some light behind darth, does it look shite?
