Description

The connections between Broly and Juggernaut are both are near unstoppable brutes who obtained a devastating power few can match (the legendary super saiyan transformation and the power of cyttorak) that hold murderous grudges towards someone who they think wronged them (Son Goku and Charles Xavier respectively) that were raised by shitty fathers that shaped them into the dangerous people they are now.

Broly was originally meant to fight the Hulk back in season 3, but he was ultimately replaced by Kratos. He was also originally going to fight the Juggernaut in the unmade episode, “Marvel Supervillains vs DBZ Villains”. At one point, Broly was even pinned to fight Akuma from Street Fighter.
The Juggernaut, aside from the aforementioned Marvel Supervillains vs DBZ Villains, was originally slated to have a rematch against Superman, but that never happened due to lack of interest and any real connections between the characters.

This is Juggernaut’s second appearance on Fan War. He last appeared in season 1’s Superman vs Juggernaut.

When I saw a picture of Broly fighting Juggernaut overlaid with Two Steps From Hell's Legion and posting about the match up online, I decided it had great potential to be a good battle.

Instead of scheduling this episode to release initially, I accidentally uploaded it as unlisted with it set to add to the main fan war playlist after it was uploaded. So it was unofficially released a month before its intended release date. I eventually took it down and reuploaded it to fix some minor errors in the video itself.

I didn’t realize it until I watched the episode again and all the raw files were deleted, but I accidentally used a stock voiceline from 3crabmob in the interject right before the battle began.
