Several reasons for doing this XD

1. I love doing doodles like this, and I do them all the time when I do my character studies but I don't upload them any more because trolls come along and say 'this is rushed, lazy and lame' I mean, go ahead and say it looks rushed, but that's the feel I want it to have. That being said; it's not rushed, I often spend a fair few hours studying the characters when I do this, I look at their emotions, write little ficletts and just have fun with it. If that means this art isn't art isn't good in yours eyes, then I don't give a toss because this was fun ^^

2. Character study. As mentioned above. I really enjoy doing character study now, everyone has their own ways of doing it. Me? I look at the characters from different perspectives and draw them out in my own style, it helps me practice my characters and poses. It doesn't do wonders for my colouring and line practice as you can see, but I often try a different approach and play around with brushes. In this case, I was playing around with bold colours and brush sizes. Seeing the effects of thinner and thicker lines as I would like to start practising my thick-lines, mainly used in comics which I would love to do more of.

3. Starscream. Starscream is a good enough reason to do anything. I have hundreds of doodles lying around on my computer of him in various poses <3 He is so much fun to draw!

4. I have become addicted to a series called 'Mad Men' it's a drama based around an advertising company in the early 60's. I hate drama. But Mad Men is good. Everyone should watch the first episode at least. Anyway, what does that have to do with this art? It made me remember how much I love men in suits, smoking cigarettes in a classy bar, sipping wine... Oh I love it So I thought I'd put Starscream in the same setting to see how well it suited him (heh heh 'SUITed him'- get it? ... ImSoLame...) and I think he would made a fabulous cast addition haha

5. I have work tonight, and I needed a bit of stress release... Some of you remember what happened last week at work and I'm just terrified the same thing is going to come up again tonight -_- This helped relieve some of that stress ^^

So guys, you can comment if you like, but as I say, it's not supposed to be a work of fabulous art, I'm just showing you my character study method combined with Mad Men meets Transformers
