After being marooned on the earthen moon, dragged to Earth by her soft spot, almost auctioned by the Russians, kidnapped and experimented on by the US government, and then breaking out from Area 51, being a fugitive, cutting her hair without any proper ceremony, and being chased by the military, Katira had had enough.

"I'd die in your place. " was what she told Derek, Donati, and Tali before grabbing her Esvold and jumping out of the moving truck. She rolled on the ground before rising and running toward the road block of tanks and soldiers.

They'd angered the princess of Daar, Katira Esvold, daughter of the most feared leader ever known, and they had experimented on her. She knew that these tanks and their guns would have very little effect on her and she was clear to make a safe distraction for the people she had started to care about.
