Description EDIT: Fixed her head shape and got rid of the failed shading.

Frost Marato is a skilled assassin working as Dardel's "right-hand woman".

She specializes in daggers. Her dagger skills range from deadly accurate throws to swift close combat. Also, due to her Blinez genes and rigorous training she has extremely powerful legs and is skilled in fighting with her legs alone.
She's sort of like the ultimate Kick Boxer...with lots of daggers.

Oh yeah, and she has ice powers.
But that goes for all Blinez.

On another important note, Blinez warriors consider it taboo to wear red. Frost wears it as a sort of message or symbol to others.

So is her blood blue or something, then? Or do they not take that into account with the taboo?

No, Blinez blood is red, like most others.

It's a symbol of rebellion. Blinez who wear red are considered dangerous criminals. Thing is, they wear it willingly. It's not bound to them or anything.
Think of it like a gang sign. They wear it to symbolize what they stand for despite the possibility of retaliation from the authorities.
Unlike gangs, Blinez warriors who wear red don't organize often. They're as congregated as the common criminal, but they're usually extremely dangerous because most of the red-wearers have previous military training.
In fact, most red-wearers are warriors that left the military.
Blinez can't speak, so they learn to fight as one unit, one body. They rely on each other in combat for the attack. The warriors that become more independent usually leave the military and become mercenaries or criminals.

They wear the red as a sign of their independence, but it also is considered a big middle finger to the government. Red-wearers are usually hunted down by the authorities for their rebellion.

Sorry for making such a long comment, but I think I clearly explained it.

*Nods.* Yeah. I get it now, although you could have said, "Symbolic, like gang colors. It's not forced upon them either." But that's okay! You covered all bases.
