OK, I know that I haven't posted anything in long while, and I also know this isn't the Big Four. I guess I kinda got burnt out on them. But now I'm more or less back, and with a new group I've been having fun with for the last few weeks.Introducing the Modern Four (or as some call it, the Futuristic Four). We have Wilbur from Meet the Robinson's, Violet from the Incredibles, Hiro from Big Hero 6, and Penny from Bolt. And sometimes I like to throw in Tip from Home and Vanellope from Wreck it Ralph (and of course Dash, Violet's brother, makes his way into the group once in awhile).
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this group (and no, no comic for the foreseeable future, sorry).
And if you have requests for the Big Four I might still take them.

I came up with the name The Modern Four and was one of the original people who combined these specific four in photo edits. So yeah, kind of I guess.

So we know three of the kids' birth years:
Violet: 1947 (she is 14 in 1962, a date given in-movie)
Hiro: 2021
Wilbur: 2024
We can only assume that Bolt takes place in the year it was released. Β We are pretty certain Penny is 12. Β Therefore, our best guess for her year of birth is 1996. Β That would make her one year younger than Wilbur's father. Β Which kind of makes me want to ship them just for the interesting scenario it would create between Wilbur and Lewis if the latter ever found out. Β But I suppose Violet would be even more the "cougar" for going after either one of the boys, as they are both over 70 years younger than herself. Β
Note that this means this entire scenario is only possible because Wilbur keeps risking eternal grounding by taking off with his dad's time machines. Β And are Hiro and Penny gonna pass that opportunity up? Β Heck no!
Also, they could become the Incredible Big Hero Ancient Futuristic Eight if they really wanted to. Β Baymax meets Toothless meets Angus. Β OK, I think I just gave myself diabetes with that mental image. Β And Bolt meets Pascal would be cause for hilarity.

I'd kind of like to see what kinds of suits Hiro would come up with for each of them. Β Granted, Violet already has a supersuit, but she could probably benefit from a few gadgets, courtesy of Hiro Hamada and the father of one Wilbur Robinson.

I'm taking a wild guess at who represents whom;
Wilber = Jack Frost
Violet = Rapunzel
Hiro = Hiccup
Penny = Merida

All thing how old are the Big four? Because Hiro is 14 and soon enough he could join them lol.

In the first HTTYD movie, Hiccup is 15. Β Jack was about 14, I believe, when he drowned. Β Merida is around 16. Β And Rapunzel is 18.
Meanwhile, Penny is 12, Violet is 14, and we actually have birth years for both Wilbur and Hiro: 2024 and 2021, respectively.

What I find surprising is that no one has made anything the Little Four or Four Junior with Jack's sister and Merida's brothers XDDD Well, maybe taht would be a boring group, but Dash Parr and Vanellope could be added, for example...

I've kinda wanted to make a younger group of say 8-10 year-olds, with Dash and Vanellope in it. But I haven't been able to decide who else could be in it. I was thinking the kid from Up and the new girl from Inside Out but I'm not sure if their personalities would work well together.

Their agees (they're all 13 or 14), they all live in relativly modern times as opposed to the Big Four (hence their name), and I think their personalities would play off well together.

Oh! Interesting! (Personally, I think Vanellope is a better fit than Penny, but maybe that's because Penny has like 10 minutes of screen time) I hope this becomes thing!

Oh, nice. I'm already reading a fic that has Violet and Wilber as a couple, though it's in the background, and I think these four would have fun. Violet trying to wrangle the kids all in, being the oldest, and the kids just getting up to no good.
