Just an overlaying pattern. Then slice up the actual image so the cuts are exactly behind the lines. Pretty simple but fun

Dude, you have got to try this! Load this up in full view, and have the picture be in the center of the screen. Using the mouse scroll, scroll it up and down at a medium speed.
