Hello everyone and welcome to another year of Amalgam April, for those of you that don't know every April and August I post throughout the weekend of those months various amalgams of different characters form all types of media. So with that let's get started.
Today we have an amalgam of various members of Gut's Party form Berserk and various members of X-Men form X-Men. Making The New X-Party. There are a lot of them so I'll do each one individually. I've made multiple amalgams between these series if you're interested in seeing others check out the related amalgams below.
Lore:
1. Samdro the Cannonball Monkey (Isidro + Cannonball):
Samdro was the first to join Gutgan the Black Wolf. He was born a short country bumpkin in a mining town. After getting trapped in a cave with a family friend his mutant powers awoken which he used to escape. Despite his heroic actions the people of his village turned on him for being a mutant. Thus he runaway and became a wandering thief. During this time he ran into Gutgan. Inspired by Gutgan's amazing strength Samdro decided to follow him in the hopes of learning how to become strong.
2. Farnna de Vandimion the Wandering Rogue (Farnese + Rogue):
Farnna was the only daughter of a noble house she was born with powerful mutant powers. Her parents did there best to hide the child's mutant powers but her abilities made it difficult as Farnna grew she realized she took some pleasure in hurting others. In order to get rid of the child they enlisted her in a band of knights known as the Holy Iron Knight Brotherhood. There she became the knight's mascot and weapon. It was during this time she came across Gutgan as the brotherhood was set out to arrest him for the recent murder of a minor baron. However this would result in Gutgan saving Farnna from a pack of monsters and a very creepy horse. It would take some more convincing and her realizing the leader of the brotherhood's church was evil for her to switch over to Gutgan's side and join his adventures.
3. Kurpico the Windcrawler (Serpico + Nightcrawler):
Kurpico was born a mutant but most interesting shared a mother with Farnna making them half-siblings. In truth their shared mother was a mutant herself but their abilities allowed them to easily hide her mutation. She married into a noble family and had Farnna. But before that she had Kurpico, due to Kurpico's mutation he could not hide his mutations and was inconvenient for his mother so she gave him up. Due to this Kurpico grew up in poverty. However as a young teen his mother now a noble took pity on him and hired Kurpico as the personal servant of Farnna. He followed and protected Farnna everyone both joining and leaving the brotherhood with her. He became an amazing sword fighter and true friend to her and the other members of the group.
4. Orierke the Strom Witch (Schierke + Strom):
Orieke was once a thief herself until an disaster caused her to get trapped under rubble. While this incident would lead to her getting claustrophobia it also activated her abilities to control the weather elements. Luckily she was saved by a mage who saw both the danger and greatest in her and decided to take her in and train her to use her powers. It was during this time she met Gutgan and the rest of his group as she was asked by her teacher to get their help in defeating a group of monsters that were attacking a nearby village. After bonding with the team during this and them helped defend her home form a group of evil mutants she was tasked with joining the group and aiding them on their journey.
5. Megera the Pixie (Ivalera + Pixie):
Megera was a pixie that originally worked with Orieke's teacher before she was passed along to Orierke to aid her in her quest and battles.
6. Magnimer de Vandimion the Toad Prince (Magnifico + Toad):
Magnimer was the youngest son of the vandimion royal family. Magnimer hoping to get in good graces with his and Farnna's mother a powerful noble thought announcing the marriage of Farnna and Remrick would help their status. However their mother was fed up with Magnimer and set him out with the group to make sure they were safe on their journey.
7. Remrick the Sailing Gambit (Roderick + Gambit):
Remrick was introduced to the group and The Black Wolf when they needed to get a vessel to sail the ocean. Introduced to Farnna by her brother Magnimer. Remrick agreed to allow the party to sail on his ship to their destination in turn for Farnna's hand in marriage. You see Remirck was a well known and amazing naval captain coming from humble beginnings as a pirate lackey to what he was today, in no part thanks to his mutant abilities. Magnimer hoping to get in good graces with his and Farnna's mother a powerful noble thought annocing this marriage would help their status. Farnna would agree to the marriage and Remrick would joining the group with his feelings for Farnna becoming more real as he admired her bravery.
8. Azotr the Mustache Colossus (Azan + Colossus):
Azotr was a strong protective brute who loved his dear sister. He was known as a legendary warrior up north that had helped his people. But when the secret of his strength was reveled to the wrong person he got into trouble. The Holy Iron Knight Brotherhood found him and captured him, giving him a choice fight for them or they slay his sister. So without much choice he joined them. Thankfully after Gutgan and his group helped rescue his sister he was able to leave the knights. Needing a place to stay he accidently found himself stowing away on the same boat that Gutgan's group was taking.
9. Thisma the Siren (Isma + Syren):
Thisma lived a small island in the middle of the ocean and was the child of a Atlantean and a mutant. Unfortunately due to her father being a mutant he had to flee the island, and her mother being an Atlantean meant she had to go back to Atlantis. This left the young girl alone and an outsider all her life. It wasn't unit Gutgan's group came to the island for a pitstop that she learned there was more to the world. Samdro especially filled her head with tales of adventures. Realizing she didn't fit in anywhere else she joined the group on their quest.
10. Betda the Psymage (Molda + Psylocke):
Arriving at there destination the Island of Genollig the Party was meet by one of it's main protectors Betda. Betda was a powerful mutant with excellent psychic and martial skills. After explaining their purposes here on the island and that there were all mutants Betda welcomed them and showed them that the island was a peaceful home for mutants. Betda would even join the party in it's defense of an invading force.
