It's been too long since I have done a Skyrim drawing.This piece is in memory of those times when you just want to drag you battle worn hide back to Whiterun and you hear that familiar sound in the distance...

Is that a quote from the in-game dialogue? If so, it's a vicious lie: everyone in all of Skyrim runs right at the dragons and tries to kill them, even if they only have a iron dagger and no armour. As far as I know, the only people who won't run at a dragon are the only ones who should: children. Since they're invulnerable to all damage, a young girl with a dagger can slay the mightiest of wyrms -- in time.
It's actually pretty ridiculous AI programming. Skyrim (or is it all of the Elder Scrolls series) has a lot of hang-ups like that. I still like the game a lot, but I wish they'd put a little more polish on their programming.

Ahahaha, haha, ha. this is so true. Damn dragons popping up all over the place. Especially when you don't want them to, and your character is particularly flammable.
Great work overall on this piece. I love the detail in the armor and the background is simply beautiful. Looks like the real thing. ^^ Fantastic

That's the way it always is on my warrior character. However, on my mage, who lives in the College of Winterhold, EVERY TIME she exits the college, a dragon attacks the courtyard....like clockwork....

The dragon skeletons fill that courtyard if I remember correctly lol!

Oddly enough, the dragon would usually fall in the exact middle of the courtyard. However, the next time I went there the skeleton would be gone so I never got a pile of them.
