I love this pic so much! ^_^ Mei has always been one of my favourites and I loved the librarian-bun and the glasses. Congratulations for your contribution helping convince YanDev to see the light and change her hair back.

I'm legit surprised people other than me and a couple others on reddit actually cared about Mei's hairstyle.

(my beef with the updated tri-tail style was in part technical -- it clipped through her shoulders whenever Mei turned her head, which the bun entirely avoids)

Honestly I have never thought that YanDev would ACTUALLY bring back the lovely bun!! I always have a soft spot for long hair girls (that's the reason why Osana, Saki, Megami and Midori are my faves), but Mei captured my eyes immediately because that hairstyle is so damn pretty that it stands out the most from all the girls. I have a slight bias whenever it involves hair, so I was legit sad because Mei's bun had been removed. But now it's back, and I'm celebrating!!
