heres a portrait of a young women named Rita who recently passed away. I didn't know her personally but her friend kindly asked me to do a piece of her to add to the collection of other artist that have done pieces of her. since i was doing portraits i thought why not do one of her. i changed it from the original. i was playing around with a secondary light source and shadow.i'm not jazzed about how it came out but its practice.

OMG. i dont even know what to say... every time i see beautiful work such as this i cant help but cry tears of happiness and sadness - its such a whirlwind of emotions. you are SO talented and SO generous to take the time to make this. i am eternally grateful for this work of art
