I just finished watching Markiplier's walkthrough of this game, and I'm gonna start on Pewdiepie's next, but oml, this game was astounding!! I loved Six and the Nomes, plus I truly believe *SPOILER MAYBE HAHAHAHA* that Six is the daughter of The Lady.

*THEORY AHOY WITH DEM SPOILERS* What I also believe is that The Lady is horrible disfigured, hence why she wears a mask, but Six is pretty (But I also headcanon she has droopy skin over her eyes, like the Janitor. Other than that, cutie!), and that The Lady is furious with this. So, she makes sure her other children 'take care of her'. Yes, I believe that:

One - Her firstborn son. The Janitor. The Lady trusts him wholeheartedly that she would be dealt with, so he is in charge of preparing her for the chef's like the real human children in the nursery.
Two - The Twin Chef. To cook Six.
Three - The Twin Chef. To cook Six.
Four - The One that most of the fanbase community dub as Seven. He's the one that threw Six the piece of bread during her first Hunger. Also the one that the eye camera saw. /// If not him, then my tentative replacement is the Wax Bellman. ///
Five - The Hanging Man. At the beginning of the game, there was a hanging man, who was probably the one that was tasked with killing Six initially, but felt too guilty and took his own life instead. The task was then passed to the Janitor.
Six - The Main Character. All her brothers, except Four who ran away trying to save her, tried to kill her.

I believe that the more meat you eat, the bigger/more disfigured you get. (When Six ate the Lady, she did grew a smidge taller!) Four doesn't want to become like his family, so he ran away, implementing the same moral to Six. When he threw her the piece of Bread, it was so that she wouldn't have to eat the rat. He tried to save her innocence, but then when the Janitor caught her with the meat, it all went downhill. *THEORY END HAHAHAHAHA SORRY 'BOUT DAT*
