Description
This is a cake which I made today I discovered it in (the children's cooking section of) a cookery book last week and wanted to make it LOTS. It wanted a ring mould but we didn't have one so I just put a little glass bowl in the middle of a sandwich tin instead. That's why one side's higher than the other; it wasn't QUITE in the centre... It's just cake mix with food colouring. The recipe used just plain cake colour, red and green, but I went for six different colours, though there wasn't much orange mixture so it got a little squashed between the red and yellow.

Then I had mixture left over so I made small, colourful cakes Oh and I I had buttercream icing left over from the middle, so I iced a couple with it. Haven't eaten any of the cake yet though coz my Mum made apple pie But I ate the green cake. Yummy!
