Or 'Hanging in the Harem', as I've decided to call it.About an age ago, got my 40K kiriban hit, and asked for a pic of 3 of her characters, Diarmuid, Siul and Eric, bare chested, and wearing leather trousers. I hope this fits the bill, and I'm really sorry it took so long!

I totally agree with the "harem" comments
The guy on the left's all like "Ye talkin' to me?!", while the one on the right looks as if he's saying to him:
"So dood, been hangin here for a coupla hours, how bout going over to that next pillar to hang now?"
"No dood, it's a good spot to ogle the audience, I'm not goin anywhere."
"Man, I'm getting hungry" says the guy on the right.

Nice picture, but there are some things that I might change about it to make it better:
The figure on the ground is lit by what appears to be a lamp (from the detail on the hand). However for the detail on the hand to be that sharp, the lighting on the hand would come from his crotch (amazing glowing crotch! teehee). The closer the light source, the sharper the shadows will be. The further away it is, the shadows will be more disperced.
Also this orange lighting is not taken into consideration in the surrounding ground/steps etc. There are touches of it at a couple of places on the other figures, but in general it appears just to be lighting the figure on the ground, and nothing else is, while the ground around him is very bright, more like the lighting you would expect to find with the area being lit from a window. This lighting is much more in keeping with the rest of the picture, making the darkened figure on the very light carpet seem almost stuck on, since a window shedding this much light would also light him better.
The only other things are that the guy standing on ther right could do with a slight softening of the muscles on his chest/arm. I also think that maybe there needs to be a slightly darker shadow on his raised arm between elbow and his pit. It looks really flat with the lighting as it is. Also the hands in general still look slightly strange. Those standing have super long fingers that look so long and thin that they would snap like dry twigs, while the one on the ground, the hand draped over his hip looks massive (possibly not helped by the lighting).
Overall I am loving the building they are in, it is very detailed with all the textures and the guy on the left is just begging to be stolen away and molested. I think with a couple of small tweaks here and there it could look a lot better, but nothing insurmountable.

I think you're absolutely right that this could be improved quite a bit, especially in terms of the lighting influences, and particularly as they relate to the figure on the floor. The only thing I would say about the lighting is that it's the actual lighting effects from lights in the scene as they came out of the renderer...! I've no idea why the floor under Eric is bright white or why it doesn't seem to shine on him in the slightest. The mysteries of Vue Esprit are manifold, I think...
The light on Eric's hand caused me no end of trouble when I first saw it because I couldn't work out where it was coming from (it's not a light up crotch, unfortunately!). The only thing I can assume is that the orange volumetric light I've got on the upper right is filtering through the scenery (which I didn't realise had ornate holes in it) and shining on his hand. I quite like it, but I agree that it should really gel better with the rest of the surroundings.
As for the figures at the back, I agree about the shadows, but I can explain the body and hand shapes! The two leaning on the pillars are Sluagh, about 8 ft tall, skinny, with long skinny clawed hands, as created by ~UnseelieSluagh here: [link] The guy on the floor is human (ish).
Thanks again for the constructive comment - although I have to say you're the only one who actually thinks the one on the left is ripe for molesting - the consensus seems to be that he should be the molester rather than the molestee!
