Shawna had walked this beat at least 1,000 times, making sure the facility was secure. It was always the same. Dark, quiet, secure, alone. She didn't know why she had to patrol this area, as there was no way anyone or anything could make their way this deep into the place.

But that's her job, her assigned round, her duty. So she patrolled...night after lonely night.

Nothing ever changes.......

I keep getting requests to continue one of my old series. It was fun, but I lost those characters, so I knew if I started again I would be going from scratch. Anyway, I think I might carry this for a bit and see where it leads......
