j'aurai vu un peu plus flashy pour un arc en ciel , mais bon ce n'est qu'un titre , en tout cas j'aime beaucoup les couleurs "bonbon acidulΓ©" que tu as donnΓ© Γ cette crΓ©ation

is very simple : open photoshop put black and go to your filter and in the render section look for fibers select and apply , ok after you need to add motion blur and adjusted in 90 degrees en put to 999%
now you have the base , add new layer and select gradient tool and select your color , and now past your layer in overlay ,
for the light is very very basic select you first layer and go to the render filter and select lighting effect and in the option select five spot down apply and you done after is just some adjustment

Hmm it's easier if you just double click the layer and go to gradient overlay and then set your gradient and then you don't have another layer
