I don't think so, unless you're using the V1, V2, V3, V4 or Ω levels.

Some bosses in the MMBN/MMSF series may start with 2000, 2500 or 3000 HP as V1. I have no idea if there were bosses that started with 4000 or 4500 HP in V1.
