Made with Blender. One of my first underwater scenes. Reconstruction of Elpistostege watsoni guarding its nest as lungfish do (onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/ab… ). I know, lungfish may not be the best modern analogies to elpistostegalian behaviour, but you have to infer from the few sarcopterygians left!

I didn't really focus on the Miguasha paleoenvironment, so the riverbed and plants are completely speculative/inaccurate.
