This is great. Extremely realistic materials, especially the skin. I have to say the skin shader settings here is spot on for realism. Combined with the texture maps you used, it's beyond impressive. The pose is very good also, except for her right arm, as discussed below. I think it's not so much the angle of her elbow as it is the way her arm appears to bend. There's no skin deformation between the forearm and bicep as one would expect at such an angle from muscular contraction, and her forearm seems a little bowed in an impossible arc. The Radius and Ulna bones of the forearm arc in opposing convexity, and in this case, it would seem the Ulna is concave. It's not your fault, it's just the way the rig has deformed the mesh. It happens sometimes when we pose a character in a kneeling position, and the front of the shins bow towards the calf muscles. The only fix is to use magnets or the morph brush. That said, and believe me, it's only noticeable here because of how realistic the rest of the image is, this may be one of the most realistic characters I've seen from Luxrender in a while. Impressive.

Very nice work on the render and the realism. One comment, her right elbow looks like you used the side to side adjustment. Since elbows don't turn side to side it's always better to twist the upper arm and forearm to get the pose you want. Other than that, it looks great! I would have mistaken it for a photo if the arm didn't catch my eye.
