Oh my goodness, this is so cool! I read the series too, so it's interesting to see your take on the character. My favourite parts are the yellow tinges on Will's cowl from the fire, and of course the flame itself. I especially like the dark blob in the fire where the end of the arrow is.

Those are my favorite additions too--I'm pretty new at trying to get a more "dynamic" lighting. And though I see I probably could've made more of an effort on this one, I'm glad I at least TRIED. I need a lot more practice for lighting (colored or "normal"), but I think this was a good first step.

That was originally the first thing I added, but then after coloring everything else I had to go back and re-do it to make it match up a bit better; I'm glad it came out alright the 2nd time around!

I like the colors you went with, green and orange. Natural colors, but still a lot of contrast.
Only little piece of critique is maybe making the right hand sharper? Since it's the closest to us, like a photo.
