The next page for the third CJ,I think there's something wrong with my phone's camera :l
Anyway, that bald guy is not really a coward or anything. There's something that Tank-15 already equipped inside him when he was created. It could induce all the peoples in it's radius in fear, giving them feeling of despair, paranoia and even sliding them into overwhelming terror.
That's kinda explains the bald guy's action when he's facing Tank-15.
