sweet coloring and awesome hair he has ^^ but really the hair is awesome 
Also the shirtless pic needs work on the neck and the collar bones,big time. The end of the neck needs to be flush with the shoulders, and the collar bone needs to be more higher and in the center of the chest(good tip is to keep the ends that point down, right in the center of the neck) but overall good job and awesome style ^^ heck of a lot better than my first OC xD

Hm... I know it's a sketch or so, but I just wanted to give some constructive critique on the collarbones in the naked pic of him. Don't put them to low and remember to make them point to the middle line of the characters body.
Just a tip.
Interesting character, planing on doing something with him?

owww you're right! thank you soo much for the advice it will help me next time : D i always had the idea that the colar bones were lower like in my draw...but then i went in to the mirror and i saw that they weren't low at all >_<' thank you soo much
i still don't know what to do with him...i made him because everyone was saying that i should stop making fanart and start making my own things....so i kind of made him xD but i wish to do something with him in the near future ^^
about the japanese name...hum...i don't know...a portuguese name was out of question because they all sound so lame in BD or things lik that (I mean maybe its just because i'm not accustomed). I really don't know...i just felt like giving him a japanese name i guess >_<'
