Very very nice! Your shading is getting better. I particularly like the interesting combination of all the components of the peice, the live and dead deer, the rose and peacock feathers ('specially the feathers ) and the framing effect of the hair. Also there is a good range of light and dark. I like the added color, but the overall background texture is a little distracting. If you had it in the background but not on the face, I think it would be stronger. Using it for emphasis, rather than throughout.
