No, JPEG won't let you have a transparent I don' think. If you have Photoshop when you're about to save it hit PNG instead under the save options. It's a bigger file, but better quality and you can always convert it you'd like.

Well, there's different ways to that.
For myself, I take the picture and put it into photoshop and save it on a transparent layer v o v

well, try pressing shift+ctrl+alt
and then there should be more options, and there should be a transparent option? :V
