nope, following just sends you emails whenever i start streaming. you dont have to pay to use the site.
the best i could offer by way of schedule is that weekdays im probably  on between 7pm to 12am US Central Standard time, cause school, but theres no set days that i actually do stream.
on weekends however i usually have more time so i tend to stream more then
