Well, when I made these, I had PhotoShop, which makes it way easier. (I have no idea how to do it any other way. TT_TT)
Anyway, first, I found a stamp template here on dA, but it doesn't really matter if you do or not; just save some sort of a stamp to your hard drive. It's ideal if you can find one with transparent pixels around the edges so you can get those nice jagged edges instead of a boring rectangle! I also saved a screencap that had a pose I wanted to use in the stamp.
Next is some PhotoShop jargon, but if you don't have PS, I hope you can figure it out anyway! It's all about transparent pixels. I created a duplicate layer of my old stamp, then erased the inside part of that stamp. Now the top layer is just the border, and the bottom layer is the original stamp. Then I inserted the screencap that I wanted, resized it, and placed it between the two original layers (you might have to erase the edges of the screencap so they don't get in the way of those nice transparent pixels!).
Finally, I added the words as the final layer. Then I saved it as one document and posted it! I hope you found something useful in there... sorry if you don't have PhotoShop (or something similar) at all. I hope I didn't waste your time!
