They've been at war for quite some time it seems! That ragged look is pretty cool (well, to look at, I think they'd rather have somewhat less drafty uniforms).

Re the sniper: I have to say I like the smudge/dirt that suggests an ambiguous blush-like effect on her face...it's kind of interesting... And then that she has the alternate shade of spats and bandanna. Her hair has a really rich tone to it. The bits of plant material stuck in her cap are an interesting touch.
Re the medic: All scruffy and scuffed-up, which is interesting/would be interesting to see in the story (makes me go 'oh, you poor thing!'). Your iteration includes more mysterious gear externally (yet includes my fascination(?) with depicting Sazka with his shirt open)
I love how you drew all the gear for both of them. It's very cool. The colors of the uniforms look really good.
And I have to say I do like them posted together in this orientation too.

I had thought about whether she'd do anything to conceal her rifle- like with plant camouflage, but I wanted the impression to be that she keeps her weapon pristine and battle-ready.

She probably does things like that in the field, but, yeah, she takes really good care of her equipment.
Despite not drawing any particularly detailed/explanatory pictures about his various surgical scars, showing him that way connects to the idea of him as a patient/recipient of alchemic intervention (which I like, since he's kind of on both sides of that equation).
