"I'm so sorry, Lin."

The words fell from his lips like ash as the tears rolled down her face. Had she done something wrong? Was it because she had told him not to long ago that she was unable to grant him the gift of life and a child; something she so desperately longed for herself? Perhaps it was her demeanor that had driven him to the arms of a woman that was 16 years more youthful then herself. Whatever it was, Lin knew that it hurt and penetrated her deeply to her core. It was only the second time he had actually seen her cry; the first had been when she was a child and skinned her knee. Toph had told her to 'buck up and deal with it', so she did. But there was no Toph anymore, no mother to run to. She would have to deal with this on her own.

Running the palms over her cheeks and wiping away the tears Lin said nothing and walked away from the man she loved, her footfalls heavy with sorrow.

So, I'm a die hard Korralin shipper but the fact that Lin once loved Tenzin (And possibly still does) is just so heart wrenching, knowing that he left Lin for some unknown reason for Pema (No, I don't believe it was because he was "unhappy" like Pema told Korra). So yes, I do like Tenlin. I ship pretty much everyone in Korra with everyone else. Except Tahno. I hate Tahno.

Anywho, drawn and inked on paper then transferred to PS and Sai. Probably about 5 or so hours all together? I had Math class in between. Blech.
