Description After repeating her confession of love for Link numerous times, Midna finally made her way to the second level of the building she was in. She found herself surrounded by boxes and a bulblin staring at her in shock. Before it could raise its club to strike her, Midna stabbed it with her hair hand and watched it explode.

"There's another one for Link. I'm sure he'll love what I did and me soon enough." Luckily for her the other bulblin in the room didn't hear her high hopes. "Wait, he could love me right? I mean, I've definitely shown him how much I care for him." She went through her thoughts and found the closest memory of her helping Link, which also caused her to blush as well.

-Flashback-

Midna held Link's right shoulder carefully as he made his way to the door that would transport them back to their own time period. They had successfully defeated the giant tarantula and found the third mirror shard in the Temple of Time. Once they made it through the doorway, Link couldn't walk another inch and collapsed.

"Link!" Midna was about to help him up when she realized that she wasn't strong enough. The next best thing she could do was use her magic and levitate him to a nearby wall. Once she got him comfortable, she took a look at his shoulder.

Blood was finally oozing out of his right shoulder gap. Link sustained a deep gash from one of the giant spider's pointy legs. It went in about halfway through his shoulder, damaging tissue and muscles.

Midna wanted to hurl from the scene but kept it together for his benefit. She went to one of his pouches and brought out a cloth that was once white but now had blood stains from previous fights in the Temple of Time. Ignoring the memories the cloth held for her, she found a clean spot and pressed it into his wound.

Link was going in and out of consciousness when he grunted in pain. He turned to see what was happening and calmed down when he saw it was just Midna cleaning his wounds.

"It's going to be alright Link; I'm here to help you." She couldn't help but blush when she saw him giving her the kindest face she ever saw.

Now that the cloth was keeping the blood from spilling all over the place, Midna searched her mind for any healing spell and when she found one, she was less than pleased with herself.

"Link?" She waited until she got his attention before going on. "I can heal your wounds right now, but it's going to hurt, a lot." She was surprised to see that his smiling face didn't change at all. "You okay with this?" She was relieved and nervous to see him nod. "Okay."

Midna muttered the incantation to revive the spell since she hadn't used it since she first learned it. Now she removed the cloth and concentrated on the wound while letting her magic flow. She knew it was working when smoke started coming from inside the deep gash.

She heard Link grunting in pain but kept her focus on his wound as it started getting smaller. Tears started cascading down her face when he started yelling. After a few torturous minutes, the healing process was over as the last bits of skin were regenerated to make it seem like nothing was there.

"Done." Midna was exhausted from the amount of magic used in the spell. She was about to sit down when she was scooped up in Link's arms. He hugged her for a bit before looking her in the face. She smiled as he brushed her last tears away and gave a nod, his way of showing thanks.

"No problem Link."

-End Flashback-

Midna sighed in happiness at the memory when she was snapped out of her little world by the sound of gurgling. She looked up to see a club heading right for her head. Quickly she went into her invisible shadow mode and watched as the club got stuck in the floorboards beneath her.

"Nice try!" She turned her hair into a spike and stabbed it in the chest before it exploded. Checking the rest of the floor for any enemies, she found none and decided to check the balcony. When she went to a doorway that leads to the balcony, she looked across town and was surprised to see Link.
