"I will never turn my back on people who need me"-Katara
I really like this quote of Katara's
There are just so many instances where Katara has helped people who needed her, even if she didn't like the person *cough* Zuko *cough*
I decided not to include every time that Katara hugged Aang when she was worried about him or something (no matter how much I wanted to) because then it would have just been a Kataang fan art instead of just Katara and her caring ways.
But for all of the Kataangers out there, I plan on making something very similar to that soon
But yeah, I hope you like it!

I love this quote! Katara is so tender and motherly, but at the same time she is strong willed and firm. She stands for what she knows and loves and is an example to everyone. There is one word to describe her; AWESOME!

Oh em goodness, do you know how angry I was at Katara during that scene? Forgive me Katara fans, but she makes me rage because she's always following her emotions instead of thinking things through. Helping people is a good thing, but there's a bad way to do anything. When you help people who should be helping themselves AND endanger your friends and said people in the process... that's the opposite of helping. In that episode, everything worked out fine, but the reality is Katara almost completely destroyed the invasion plan by insisting that helping people always came first. Sometimes forcing yourself not to help is harder and more appropriate than actually helping. Its not turning your back, its realizing where you're truly needed.
