Pros:
The anatomy is decent, the character is cute, the colors work together (although I'm not entirely sure the yellow and turquoise look great right next to each other), and over all this is a pretty nice drawing!
Cons:
The muzzle and eye could stand to be a bit less sharp around the edges, and the frisbee looks a little weird with the way you drew it in the character's mouth. I would suggest that, if you can, you use a program other than deviantArt Muro. Muro does not do your drawings justice. I would suggest something like FireAlpaca or Paint Tool Sai, but if you really like Muro I suppose it's not a big deal.
