your art is incredible! can i ask you how do you do those black/dark backgrounds with all the details? also, what kind of pait do you use?

Thanks! I did that by first doing an underpainting of just light colours, and then using liquid frisket (masking fluid) to paint little designs/details. After that dries I paint the whole thing with a dark colour like black or brown and then rub off the masking fluid with the eraser. That's how I did it. Oh, and I use watercolours. Mainly winsor and newton. I hope that answered your question!
