i guess the over crowed picture screams noise and in that way agitation and activity.. anyway i'm happy you get that feeling, that was pretty much the one i wanted in it

that place is the quarter that has the moulin rouge, the sacré-coeur you see at the back, an artist-quarter up there too, i'd say it's the 2nd biggest tourist spot in paris, rigth after the eiffel tower.. all those people.. making their way to the top of the hill and enjoying a FUCKING nice view over paris from the lawn on the way up..
