Well, I was studying in Washington DC at the time, but I live about an hour outside of New York, so I had taken my family into the city to see it when it opened up. Its a really cool building and if you like contemporary/abstract art, the exhibits are amazing.
The "Hell Yes!" is actually an over-sized art piece on the exterior of the building. I don't know if it is still there, but it became one of the defining features of the building.
Whats really funny though is the sarcastic humor of one New Yorker who left this [link] little piece of graffiti on a nearby lamppost.

Wow I totally didnt remember the hell yes sign... mmm well maybe i just saw a time where that wasnt installed.

Nice to see a little street art that relates to something, instead of just random graffiti
