Second of all: Everything obviously depends of what you aim with your style, i know that giving tips without proper context can be a bad idea if i don't have in mind what type of style you want to aim, so i made a few models.
1- Ball shaped muscles: Always make the muscles round, ignore details between the biceps, triceps and the upper forearm, elbow it's merely a ball like the shoulder, shoulder also is disproportional to the upper/lowerarm ratio, no separation between biceps and forearms (optional)

2- Realistic: Triceps isn't really visible, you can also ignore details between the biceps & triceps, however, forearm may be more detailed.

3-Comic like: Its basically realistic, but with a few more lines. You can add details between the muscles and draw them a little bit more well defined, specially in the upper arm, but forearms still are less detailed to follow a more realistic approach.

4- Full-lines: Basically the norm in deviantart/FMG, put as many details you want, forearm is hyperdetailed and elbow is detached from the main arm, shoulder is a little bit bigger and squarer.

5- Partially wiped out: Also the norm in deviantart/FMG but less common, put as many details you want but delete the parts that 2 or 3 lines connect to each other, basically every extreme in a line. Elbow is connected to main arm and shoulder is connected to the main body

Tips to draw muscles, no matter the style (if it aims to be realistic/detailed ofc):

Biceps isn't the entire frontal upper arm, theres a divisory between the biceps and the forearm. shoulder muscles starts in the chest and trapezium and ends at the beginning of the biceps. triceps isn't equal to both sides, there one side that is long and other one that is small and more roundish. Handsmuscles appear completely detached from the main arm, make them thicc and scary as you want without having to care about the arm, just be careful to the ratio and to the arm-hand proportion, we don't want muscular girls with princ- oh wait we do want that... oh shi-

Veins are heavily dependant of your muscle size and body fat, chubby characters should have less veins, leaner characters should have more veins...You can ignore it and go hyper if you want, it's your right to be something else.

that's it for today
