This looks great. I'm surprised you did it with a mouse. All i can do with a mouse is a stick figure and even then i quit after trying to draw a circle. It still kills me that you don't use a tablet and paint tool sai! Or at least Sai! ;_; at least you're still drawing though and getting better too. I'm going to give you constructive criticism so you can keep improving but if you don't really want constructive criticism on this then don't continue reading.

Constructive criticism: The design looks great. You did a good job with space too, it doesn't look flat. To make it more 3d you can add darker contrast with the colors and vary the line thickness. Lines tend to be thicker where they overlap or where there is a shadow and they are lighter where the light hits them. The nose is a tad bit small but honestly i think it fits the face, although i haven't seen it with a bigger nose but its really one of those things you notice when you look at it. A rule of thumb for future drawings is to use your darkest black sparingly so when you really need to get that absolute black you will have it available. I don't know how much that applies to this but it's good to keep in mind when you are working with value and tone. The eyes could benefit with some contrast in the iris too. But overall its good. It's really cute I like the character design a ton. It really fits with upcoming Halloween too, especially the background. I didn't notice the background till like 2 sentences ago lol. I love halloween themed stuff (even if its not really intentional) <3
