Description
Terri Raikou (Rye-koh-oo) was part of the same experiment as his adopted sister, Yuuki Hyouketsu (HYO-oo-ket-soo). he, too, has a dragon locked inside of him--Chisoku. Chisoku has not made an appearance yet, and not much is known about him, as terri never talks about him, or says whether or not Chisoku even speaks in his head at all. it is assumed that Chisoku doesn't give terri much trouble because of how light hearted terri is, though there is no solid proof of this. like his sister, Terri has a Dragon tattoo on his back, and dragon pendant that is usually around his neck (though they are orange)

history

Terri's original name was Benjamin. he lived with his parents, and older brother (name unknown) until he was about 7 or 8 years old, when his powers made their fist appearance. as soon as this happened, people from the institute set fire to his house, kidnapping Terri, and murdering the rest of his family. as the institute does for all experiments, Terri's death was faked to avoid arousal from police. so, with Benjamin no longer existing, Terri came into being. Since both terri and Zigg each lost a brother, they formed a very close bound--in fact, zigg is the only one that seems to be able to handle terri when his has one of his hyper moments...

personality
Terri is very lighthearted, happy, bouncy, and energetic. he is a complete kid at heart, despite his tough past. never let him near sugar. he will drive you up the wall! he is a dare devil, and a prankster. he loves playing electric guitar, and just zipping about the house to drive (primarily) Poison insane. this will usually cause zigg to have to grab him by the cuff of the neck as he zips by.

skills

Terri's element is lightning/electricity. he can run about as fast as a cheetah (faster if he's hyper) for extended periods of time, do to his element control

(note that all of my characters can "share" energy. they store it in orbs, and can use it at any time. they all have a few orbs of their energy to each member of their "family" to use when needed.)

fighting style

Terri will just jump at the chance to fight for the fun of it, but not in a mean way--he definetely wont kill anyone. he just gets like a puppy sometimes--he wants to play ^^. sometimes he'll form a guitar out of his element, and use it like a taser....sometimes he'll make it so that certain notes will cause electric storms in certain areas. he usually doesn't come fists flying or anything---just zips around his enemy to confuse them, then sneaks up real fast and pops them in the stomache, sending them flying backwards. he'll then quickly follow for another hit. thus follows a series of melee attacks that can be near impossible to doge because he moves so fast (though he can be predictable). don't let him near anything electrical--he can use them to "charge up" (like a battery), which makes him faster/stronger, ect.
