Description LOOK I MADE SOMETHING SHINY.

My Tachikoma from my modeling 1 class. : D
First thing I've made in that class that I felt happy with and that I think the teacher actually liked too (haven't seen my grade yet). He didn't really give me anything I needed to go and fix during critique (topology wise) so I guess that's a good thing. \o/ I left off the guns because I was running out of time but the teacher didn't know so ssshhhh

Uh, I would have made it the blue and white of a tachikoma but I'm not sure how and I just asked my teacher how I can spit out an image to upload and he just showed me how to do this. |D

ahahahaha....
when i told my boss (who's also my program director) i was doing the tachikoma he just rolled his eyes and told me how he's already seen 203948209384 tachikomas come through the school. |D

STILL even if it's been done a lot, I think it was a really good practice for me as someone who doesn't have much experience in maya. it's definitely the most detailed thing I've done so far and really forced me to push myself. :3 i can actually say I learned a lot from this project that i might not have with a simpler model.

i think itd still wouldve been counted as a tachikoma though lol

i actually never heard of the tank until just last night. |D
tbh, i'm not actually a big ghost in the shell fan. it's a good anime, but the tachikomas are the only part that entertains me (i get bored easily)...
