Well, he escaped from the scientists lab after much abuse and eats alley cats through the mouth that was sergically altered. Direct mouth to stomach. He regains his physical fitness point and more so, running around and chasing the scent of his previous owner. Then the dog sneaks into the man's house through the ventilationshaft and eats his head with his stomach-mouth.

I made this all up on the spot! ROFL!
I make up weird songs and stories when things are quiet...
