I have had some of the hardest struggles of my life to date in my recent years. Because of that I suffered from depression. Through God, counseling, and mentorship of those closest to me I found the tools needed to keep the darkness away. This image is a reminder that WE are in control of our thoughts and not the other way around. We must alway be diligent to keep those negative thoughts at bay.
